This will let you set your topic and it will then tweet it.
Commands:
!topic -- sets the topic
!status -- sets the status
!tweet (on|off) -- switches between tweets/no tweets
!topicleft -- how many chars left until the 140 char twitter limit !statusleft -- as above Now any op/hop can change topic/status
